FORMAL EMAIL
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you of a problem due to a gadget from your store, specifically an mp3.
I bought this mp3 online three days ago, for the birthday of my fourteen-year-old niece. First, I asked for it in pink and they brought it to me in white.
Secondly, at the beginning it was turned on, but after five minutes it was turned off and has not been turned on again. I would like to have the product exchanged for another one that would work, or refund my money.
Otherwise to my proposals, I will sue them.
