Dear Miss or Mister,
I am writing this email with the
intention of solving a problem that I have with its platform called gadgets.
Last Friday, I found in my mailbox
propaganda about your website. All the products caught my attention, but in
particular an MP3 player. Upon arriving at my house, I decided to turn on the
computer and place the order through its website.
Two months have passed and the product
has not yet arrived. What I ask is that they cancel the order and return the
money to me, otherwise I will have to file a complaint with your company. I
hope I don't have to get to the second option, but if I'm forced to do it, I'll
have to do it.
I am looking forward to your response.
