Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about a recent product
that I bought last Friday on your website, Gadgets.
The product is an MP3 player that when I tried
it, I found out that the headphones connection was broken. I tried it with four
different headphones and none of then worked. Apart from this, when I received
it, the box was opened. Also, the USB cable and the instruction manual were not
there neither.
My intention is that I would like to know if
you could change it for a brand new one for free or if you could refund my
money. If is possible, I prefer the first option since is a device that I use
frequently every day.
