Dear sir or Madame,

I was writing to inform you that a few days ago, exactly last Friday. I was looking for a MP3
player for my niece since is her birthday in 3 days. A friend for mine, told me to search in your
website, Gadgets. I found the Sunstech Dedalo II MP3 Player. I liked it and decided to order it,
but it arrived a few days later, even though in your web said that is would arrive on the same
day. In addition, I put 150 songs on the MP3 for my niece, but when I connected it to the
computer, it only recognized 30 songs. At the beginning I thought it was a computer problem,
but I realized that the real problem is in the MP3 Player. I would like to return the MP3 Player
and search in another website more reliable.
