Dear Madam or Sir,
I am writing to you with the purpose of adressing an issue I had involving your site called gadgets.
Last week, I was thinking about a gift for my cousin's birthday when I stumbled across an advertisement of your webpage. No sooner had I clicked than I discovered the vast diversity of products that your site offers, therefore, I decided to buy an mp3 player (which was promised to arrive in less than 3 days).
Not only was it 2 days late but it was not even an mp3 player, what your site had sent me was an mp2 player.
What I am asking is for you to give me a refund for the product I did not receive or send me a free mp3 player. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to proceed with a lawsuit that will undoubtedly be harmful to both of us.
