Hello Sir/Madam,
 
I bought a MP3 player on internet last Friday in your site called Gadgets and I have had a lot of problems.

Firstly I bought and MP3 player and to my house arrived a MP4, and I ordered it in black and it's yellow with purple lines.
Secondly when I opened the box I saw that there's not the charger that your site had confirmed and all the screen was broken. In order that, you can see that the product arrived in bad situations because I recorded a video that you can see, I attached.

I understand that it's possible to make a mistake with a lot of orders and they can be broken during the course, but I want my correct orders or a refund.

I will hope an answer!
