Good Morning,

Last Friday I bought an mp3 player through this website (Gadgets). In the purchase information, he said that the mp3 player would arrive in 24 or 48h.

It didn't arrive in that period of time and I had to pay more to get it right. It was a birthday present and I needed it urgently.

In addition to having to pay more for a service that was already covered, the mp3 was not the color he had chosen.

I decided to change my gift since the service provided by Gadgets has been very bad and I do not recommend it at all.

I request the refund of the money because, as I have previously reported, I bought a device with conditions that have not been met.
