Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to talk about an MP3 I bought on
the internet last Friday on Gadgets.
Personally, this Device doesn’t have the
characteristics of the mp3, because at first, the mp3 player worked really
well, and I was very satisfied with the Device. I downloaded a lot of songs,
and it was sounding very well, but, a few days later, the MP3 player started to
sound bad.
Furthermore, even though I turned off and on, the Device didn’t do
anything.
Besides, the battery lasts a short time, and the
instructions say the battery has to last 3 days, and it is not true.
The truth is that numerous friends had bought
this Device and they were so happy with it.
May I suggest a change of Device, as I was so
happy with the Device and, I would like you to send me a new MP3 player, the
same model, and color if it is possible.
All in up, I wish you to read my request, and
give me an answer as soon as possible.
