I am writing to complain about an issue involving a gadget of your site
I bought last week.

The gadget I am talking about is a mp3, this was planned to be a gift for my brother's
birthday so we hadn't tried it before. It it looked like it was in good condition when
we tested it but the product did not turn on. Also, after looking for other ways to turn
it on, we saw that it was not really an mp3 but an mp2.

What I am demanding is if you could change it for a brand new product for
the same amount of money or if you could refund my money. Otherwise, I will
not hesitate to proceed with a lawsuit for giving the wrong products
and in poor condition.
