My name is Raquel González. I'm am writing with regard to complain about the mp3 that I bought last Friday on youre website (Gadgets).

I regret to inform you that the device I bought doesn't work. Not only does it turn off when the battery reaches 30% but also overheats and stops working properly. No sooner I turned it off than then it took me a lot to turn it on again. It maybe a system or battery failure, or also the power button. I would really appreciate if you could fix it or change it. This is an urgent matter because I am a music teacher and I need it for my work.
