Dear Sir or Madam,
I was writing to make a complaint about a new MP3 that I asked for last week on Friday, online on your Gadgets page.
In the first place, what happens to me is that it is not the color that I requested, I asked for it red and it has come to me in blue. Another problem is that the buttons are turned upside down and one of them is not in good condition.
And the last complaint that I have, thing that happens is that when connecting the headset does not enter well, and that makes me unable to listen to music in any way.
In conclusion, you should greatly improve your service and also the quality of your products. Finally, please, I would like to receive my correct order.
