Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing in order to complain about an
MP3 that I bought last Friday through your website, Gadgets.
First, about to the delivering I have to
say that the package arrived whit delay, exactly three days late. Later when I
opened the box and I checked its content I realized that there was not the case
and the earpods that said in the website.
Secondly, just before turning on the MP3 and
tasted it, I realized that the charger was also missing. Finally, the worst thing of all happened, I
tried the MP3 and it did not work, I think that is the button to turn on and off.
I would like to change the MP3 by another
that works as it should. I think that I might deserve an apology from the
company and I hope the company take measures about the problems with the
conditions of the product.
