Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to inform you of a problem that I had with an object that I requested on your website, specifically, an Mp3.
This Mp3, I bought it on Friday. On his website said he would have it next Monday and until today (thursday) I have not had it.
Apart from not arriving on time, there has been another problem. I asked for it in white and the Mp3 that has arrived to me is of an erroneous color, black.
I would like to know if I have the option to change it, since on their website, Gadgets, claim to be responsible for these problems.
I hope it is solved to continue trusting your website and continue shopping as before without any problem.
