Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you regarding my purchase of an
MP3 Player in your site “Gadgets” because I have been having problems since I
bought it last friday.
The first thing I would like to mention is that
the MP3 Player arrived two weeks later than the expected date according to your
co-worker information.
I would also like to stand out the shortage
amount of battery my MP3 Player has. It just keeps running out, even when I use
it only for 30 minutes. In addition, when I do not use it, it only lasts 1 hour
on before it turns off by itself. Seeing that I could not repair it by
myself, I decided to call you and asked if you could fix it, but you did not
know what might be causing all these problems.
Since my MP3 Player was already broken when I
purchased it, I thought that I would be given the possibility of returning it
and you would give me a brand new one. Surprisingly, you declined my offer and
refused to give me what I asked for.
All the things considered, I would like to
request a refund so I can get my money back and buy another MP3 Player more
useful than my current one.
