FORMAL EMAIL - Monica Martín

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing in order to complain about an MP3 that I bought last Friday through your website, Gadgets.

First, about the delivery, he said that the package reachedvery late, exactly four days later. Later, when I opened thebox and I will check its content, I noticed that it can notcreate the headset or the foundation that said on thewebsite.

Second, to the MP3 format and try it, I noticed that thecharger was still missing. Finally, the worst of all is whenI will try the MP3 and the upload and download buttonwill not work.

I would like to change the MP3 for other functions as necessary. It could be believed that there are apologies on the part of the company and I hope that the company can take action on the problems and conditions of the product.
