Good afternoon Sir or Madam,

I’m writing you because last Friday I bought an MP3 Player on your website. Today I recieved the product but the box of the player was opened and manipulated.

Things like this should be unacceptable by a prestigious company like GERISERVICE. However, the MP3 Player is untouched and it doesn’t look manipulated but the fact that the box was opened make me doubt about if something could have been done on my product.

I wrote this complaint letter to know what to do now because even though the product is well I won’t accept it becaused I recieved the package in wrong conditions.

It surprised me so much this thing by a serious company like yours.

I expect answer.
