Job interview - Laura Sanchís

Employer: Good morning and thank you for coming to this interview.

Employee: Good morning

Employer: So why are you interested in working with us?

Employee: Because I think that it would be a great experience for me. I wouldn’t only be able to learn new skills which will help me in my future, but also I feel like it’s going to help me with my personal growth. In addition, I would be getting out of my comfort zone and it would help me mature.

Employer: Which abilities do you have that would be useful in our job?

Employee: I stand out in problem-solving and in multi –tasking so anytime that a kid does something unexpected or anything happens, I would be able to think quickly for a solution in order to have the less damage possible. Also, I’m a good team player, so I can work well with other people which would be useful because I could fit in in your team faster.

Employer: Do you have any experience working with children?

Employee: Yes I do, actually I have worked in different places where I had to deal with kids and it turned out pretty great. For example, I worked in another summer camp in England and also I was one of the monitors of a Company called Sant Pauli.

Employer: Why should we choose you?

Employee: Because as I said before, I’m very suitable for the job and I think that would be beneficial for both of us. I would be very happy if you choose me because I can’t wait to gain experience with kids, learn from them and have a good time.

Employer: Okay, thank you. Would you like to ask something to us?

Employee: How much money would I be earning?

Employer: Usually it’s 200 per week but if we like the way you work we may promote you and you would earn more.

Employee: Nice, thank you for your time. Bye

Employer: Bye, have a nice day.
