Interviewer: Good Morning, nice to meet you.

Interviewee: Hello, nice to meet you, too.

Interviewer: As you know, you are here to get a work with us, that means I want your best worker version, and your true and realistic answers to my next questions, good luck!

Interviewee: That’s great, I’ll do my best to answer them and show you my management skills during the interview.

Interviewer: Why do you want to work for this company?

Interviewee: I want to for this company becouse it has a great corporate reputation and it will provide me the opportunity to improve my knowledge and develop my professional skills. Plus, I believe I will perfectly fit into the company values, culture and mission.

Interviewer: What experience do you have in this field?

Interviewee: I believe my previous studies and skills will help me in this position and, despite that I have no experience, I am looking forward to begin my career with your organization.

Interviewer: Are you able to work under pressure?

Interviewee: In my opinion stressful situations are a daily basis in almost every job, therefore everyone should learn how to handle pressure and stress. I will be able to work under pressure because I know how to deal with stress effectively. It is important to be aware of the pressure and focus on the most important tasks; as a result pressure and stress will become a challenge to improve yourself.

Interviewer: Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Describe your career goals.

Interviewee: I am a hardworking but calm person. Promotions are not my main purpose because I find stability one of the most important aspects of my life. That is the reason I can see myself in this position.

Interviewer: What do you think about teamwork?

Interviewee: I feel comfortable working on a team and I strongly believe that teamwork has clearly some advantages. I get along easily with people, I am a good listener and I enjoy collaborating with others. I am aware problems may come up every now and then among coworkers but there is always a way to solve those problems and to be more productive than working individually.

Interviewer: What makes you an ideal candidate for this position?

Interviewee: My studies, abilities, motivation, good organizational and communication skills makes me a perfect candidate for this position.
