Dear Sirs
Last Friday I bought an mp3 player in your site (www.gadgets.com).
I have received it today and unfortunately, the player does not work.
I have tried changing the battery but it still does not work. I think that the product is defective since it was made in the factory.
So due to this reason I am sending this complaint to ask you about the procedure to change the item or get a refund of my money.
